Refund policy
We want you to love your products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your product is defective, you may return the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full store credit on all regular priced, non-discounted, unworn merchandise only, no exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Please have your order number ready as well so we can easily look up your purchase. Return expense will be on customer. Email us at support@thesocietymarketplace.com for confirmation on return.
Merchandise for in-store pick up has 7 days from date purchased to return in-store under the same guidelines listed above.
*Magnolia Pearl and Vintage Quilt Collections is final sale, no returns. *Jaded Gypsy Collection is only exchangeable for different size.
Any items purchased at a discount such as promotional sale or rewards discount are not eligible for return or credit, only size exchange - no exceptions.
Merchandise cleared out at 40% off or more are final sale, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions!
Purchase of custom made or personalized items, bathing suits, food products, make-up and/or undergarments are final sale - no exceptions.
Please contact us via email or phone to arrange any exchange or return for credit. Items will not be accepted without approval. All returns must be received within 7 days of initial contact. Once the item is received back in store and in original condition with tags, a credit will be issued online via email.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thesocietymarketplace.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return number to write on package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, bathing suits, under garments). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. *Magnolia Pearl Collection is FINAL SALE, no returns. ** Jaded Gypsy Collection is only EXCHANGEABLE for a different size, no returns.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item(s), shipping costs will apply to the customer. Shipping cost will also not be refunded on original order. Once your exchange is received, your new item will be shipped out. If there is a difference in price for the exchange, customers will be invoiced and must be paid prior to the exchange item being shipped out.
Refunds/Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credit for your next online purchase and sent a code to use toward that purchase with your credit amount to apply. Please remember processing can take 24-48 hours.
